Frequently asked questions

Warrior’s Archive is a website designed to help martial arts school owners organize and communicate  to their students and team. We are building a community of high quality martial arts knowledge that will help better train future generations of Martial Artist. We also wanted to create a place where instructors feel comfortable putting their martial arts online but still have control over it.

The best part of Warriors Archive is that it is completely FREE! For almost all martial arts schools you will be able to upload and store your material creating a library of content that will work perfect for your students and your school. If you are interested in using your archive to make money as a content creator, you can update your account to our pro+ membership. This will allow you to monetize and sell your information to your students and other schools.

Here are some key differences:

1) DVDs are set in stone. Once you release content, whatever is on it is on it for good. Therefore, it is very difficult to update or change curriculum.

2) DVDs are a one-time only sale, whereas through Warrior’s Archive Pro, you can offer a monthly subscription, thus creating passive income for your ever-improving material.

3) Perhaps the most important difference is the ability to control access to content by rank. You might want your Green belts to see one thing and your Blue belts to see another.

Although Warrior’s Archive was created to serve the martial arts industry, we understand that it can be used in a plethora of other applications. So, as long as you abide by the terms and conditions, we are happy to help you build your tribe in other areas outside of martial arts!

"I have been using Warrior’s Archive for few months now, it’s easy to use. One of the things that we always struggled with is sharing information about our style. Warrior’s Archive gives me a single place to share enrollment forms, reading materials, Instructional videos and class schedules with students or potential students. Videos are easy to upload from the PC or phone. Many times I have had an idea for a video and within minutes have it online.

I have complete control over what material is seen. Students in special programs can only see their materials while student in the general program see materials at their level without getting distracted. That way I can focus their training. It has even helped me get some new students. I have even gotten some students. I created free content videos and an acquaintance of mine wanted to learn our stretching routine to recover from an injury from another activity"
